These earrings are the result of a collaboration with a client who was looking to buy a Christmas Present for his girlfriend. Her favorite color is purple, and she already owned a very characteristic amethyst pendant in a specialty cut that she had purchased from me the month before. The manufacturer of the pendant didn’t make matching earrings, and I knew she preferred dangles.

I sketched out some options for him and together we made modifications (including adding more diamonds!). Everything was assembled from scratch, including matching up the stones.
